Lion Games’s Soulworker is an interesting beast. The project has been in the works for a while, and the gorgeous trailer embedded below was released years ago, yet the game still hasn’t seen the light of day. Korean gamers may be in for a treat, as Steparu has reported the game will finally enter open beta there in Q2 of this year. But now there’s good news for Chinese gamers too, as the game is officially coming to China via Chinese publisher Shanda Games.
As you can see from the trailer above, Soulworker is a third-person MMO action title set in an anime world. It doesn’t have a beta date or any sort of time schedule yet in China, but with distribution in the Middle Kingdom finally made official, there’s hope that at least Korea- and China-based gamers will finally get a chance to play Soulworker before the end of the year.
The game will also be distributed in Japan via NHN and in Taiwan via Game Flyer.
