Amagi offers solutions for the creation, distribution, and monetization of live, linear, and on-demand channels. It distributes its content across cable, over-the-top, and free ad-supported streaming TV platforms globally.
The company will use the fresh funding to boost support infrastructure for customers and invest in AI-driven personalization, advertising, and livestreaming solutions.
With a presence in India, Germany, South Korea, Australia, and the US, the company counts Warner Bros., Discovery, and Fox Networks as its clients.
In March, Amagi raised US$95 million in a round led by Accel, which took the media firm’s valuation to US$1 billion.
