You have seen iPod, iPhone and Microsoft Surface. All these gadgets would not have been possible without good product design that integrates the technology with the art. Design Translator aka Brian Ling, a big advocate of design entrepreneurship (and management team of SGE) in Singapore and possibly Asia, has organized an online exhibition to showcase up and coming design talents. About 50% of the work are from Singapore designers including the MP3 player that he has told some of us in SG Entrepreneurs. The interesting part is that the designs on show in the online exhibition are all prototypes which will be commercialized in the near future. So, what are you waiting for? Check out Dandelion Exhibition put together by DT’s social entrepreneurial initiative IDasia.org.
