Malaysian VC firm 1337 Ventures and local financial services provider RHB Banking Group have announced the 11 finalists of their accelerator focused on startups driving digital adoption.

The RHB Xcelerator aims to link the bank with the region’s tech and startup ecosystem.

Selected startups for the program will be mentored by RHB business leaders and get paid for developing proof-of-concepts with the bank. The top two teams may also receive potential seed fundraising opportunities with the help of 1337 Ventures.

Nine of the companies are based in Malaysia, with the remaining two coming from Singapore.
