Anshul Gupta wrecked his health building his previous startup, resulting in high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He spent hundreds of hours decoding blood work to get healthy again. He launched Fyxlife to manage this process for others.

😟 Problem

Chronic disease causes roughly 75% of global deaths, according to the World Health Organization. Health systems primarily fund treatments for illnesses after they appear rather than focusing on prevention. Willis Towers Watson (WTW) expects global medical costs to rise 10% by 2026.

Consumers possess more health data than ever from wearables and at-home blood tests. However, this information remains fragmented across different platforms and providers. Individuals must manually reconcile advice from doctors, smart devices, and generative AI searches.

💡 Solution

Fyxlife provides an AI-powered health manager called Fiya, with the following capabilities:

  • Consolidates wearable data, lab results, and sleep metrics into one connected dashboard.
  • Calculates biological age across 10 organ systems to identify early health risks.
  • Generates personalized daily health plans validated by human doctors and specialists.
  • Adapts exercise and nutrition recommendations to user constraints through WhatsApp interactions.

📊 Market size

India’s preventive health market is projected to reach US$500 billion by 2030. Singapore’s wellness economy reached US$23.2 billion in 2024. Singaporeans spend roughly US$3,845 annually per person on wellness.

Fyxlife targets a reachable segment of around 20 million health-aware professionals. This demographic spans Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and top Indian cities. Capturing a low-single-digit market share could yield roughly around US$40 million in revenue.

🤝 Team

  • Anshul Gupta. Co-founder. He previously built TabSquare before selling it to Delivery Hero.
  • Sankaran Sreeraman. Co-founder. He has experience managing large-scale operations at ITC, a major Indian conglomerate with businesses in consumer goods, hospitality, and agriculture.
  • Uli Hitzel. Architect. He previously worked as a technologist at Yahoo and Microsoft.

🚀 Traction

  • Reached an initial cohort of 200 active paying members.
  • Active users interact with the application an average of five times daily.
  • Maintains a 24% user retention rate after 30 days.

🏆 Competition

Traditional wearables provide biometric data without actionable plans. Independent users often rely on spreadsheets to manage their metrics alone. High-end longevity clinics offer premium care but charge exclusionary prices.
