List of accelerators in Singapore
Ever thought of being an entrepreneur but unsure of where to start? Well look no further. In the last 24 months, more than ten accelerators have sprouted up in Singapore, each with their core speciality and strengths. It can get very confusing as to which accelerator to go to, and when their next enrolment date might be. To make things easy for all, I have contacted the accelerators for details and will continue to update as they reply.

AirMaker
Speciality: Internet of Things (IoT) with a focus on Digital Health and Digital Manufacturing
Duration of program: 3 months – 2 months in Singapore and 1 month in Shenzhen, China.
Major partners/shareholders: Ascendas-Singbridge, Infocomm Investments, Runyang Group
Frequency of program per year: 1
Next enrolment date: Programme starts in August. Application closes on 13 July 2016.
Investment amount/Equity stake: S$35,000 for 7%
Elevator Pitch: AIRmaker is an IoT-focused cross-border accelerator programme that connects start-ups with two of Asia’s most vibrant innovation ecosystems, Singapore and Shenzhen. We tap into the resources of our 3 investors, namely Ascendas-Singbridge, Infocomm Investments and Runyang Group to support IoT start-ups from business validation, product sourcing, manufacturing, up to distribution and expansion.
DBS HotSpot Pre-Accelerator
Speciality: All Verticals (Fintech a bonus)
Duration of program: 8 weeks bootcamp + 4 months programme
Major partners/shareholders: Alphacamp (Key partner), IBM, StarHub, DragonLaw, MomoCentral, GREE Ventures, KK Fund, Sequoia, Golden Gate
Frequency of program per year: 1 per year
Next enrolment date: Application closes on 1st April 2016. Bootcamp starts in May.
