Dragon Nest SEA is giving you an easy S$2,000

You just have to be really good at Dragon Nest.

In the final part of their ongoing Memoria challenge, Cherry Credits will be giving away S$2,000 ($1,605) to each of the five teams who defeat Desert Dragon Jakard – from the Desert Dragon Nest in Dragon Nest SEA – the fastest. The challenge will begin tomorrow, November 19, and run until December 2, so that’s plenty of time to work on your speed runs.

If you’re wondering whether to trust this seemingly easily earned prize, you can rest assured as come tomorrow, which also marks the end of the second Memoria challenge, Cherry Credits will have doled out a total of S$10,000 ($8,026) in cash to ten different teams, bringing their total cash giveaway to S$20,000 ($16,052).

It seems to be a sort of tradition for Cherry Credits to hand out cash when dragons are concerned. The Singapore-based publishers of Dragon Nest SEA gave away S$10,000 last year to the fastest team who downed the Sea Dragon from the game’s Sea Dragon Nest and recently awarded another S$10,000 each to the respective first and the fastest teams to down the awakened Green Dragon.

However it also seems like each event must outdo the last, and this is not the end of the Desert Dragon Nest challenge for Dragon Nest SEA. A total of S$30,000 ($24,079) in cash has been advertised, and one can only assume that the final S$10,000 will be given away for the upcoming Desert Dragon Nest Hardcore event. It is the first time Cherry Credits has opted to split the pot into so many prizes. Senior marketing manager Cheryl Tan tells us that the prize pots have been split this round to give more players better chances at winning the prizes.
