Indian Travelers, Clay Telecom Now Offers SIM Cards in Indonesia

Adding to its wide range of international SIM card offerings, including 35 other countries and a SIM card for the whole of Europe, Indian telco Clay Telecom now provides postpaid SIM cards in Indonesia. This SIM card provides various phone services for Indians to communicate while traveling in Indonesia.
When using Clay Telecom’s Indonesian SIM Card, users will not be charged for incoming calls. In addition to the perks, international roaming cost savings could go as high as 85%, and calls within Indonesia will be charged at local rates. Clay Telecom’s SIM card can also be used in a variety of Tri-band, Quad-band GSM, and unlocked cell phones. The only disadvantage, however, is that the SIM card cannot be used on BlackBerry handsets due to network lock, according to Clay Telecom’s FAQ. Tough luck, BlackBerry users.
Gaurav Dhawan, executive director of Clay Telecom explained:
For a decade now we have been providing international travelers easy and inexpensive ways to stay connected with their families and loved ones while they go about their work and business without any trouble or stress.
Clay Telecom also recently issued a similar SIM card in China with 1000 minutes of free local calls.
