Blockchain has been dubbed as the technology that will disrupt verticals ranging from payments and insurance, to real estate and healthcare. With the fluctuations of cryptocurrencies coupled with the hype in recent years, interest in the space has risen dramatically.
On 18 September, In partnership with WhaleBlocks, Tech in Asia will be conducting an event which brings together some of the brightest in the cryptocurrency space. Look forward to a pitch competition and insightful discussions with top experts from the likes of CrushCrypto, Wanchain, Tomochain and Blockcrafters Capital, just to name a few.

Your application will be reviewed and is subject to approval. Please note that there is a fee of 3 ETH should your project be selected, in order to cover the venue and food costs.
Judges and Panelists
Victor Lai – Co-founder of CrushCrypto. Victor specializes in fundamental analysis and investing, and has experience in asset allocation, investment strategy, and portfolio management.
Jack Lu – CEO of Wanchain. Jack is a Blockchain entrepreneur and technical expert. He co-founded Factom in 2014 and founded Wanglutech, which brings Blockchain technology to a greater range of applications.
Long Vuong – CEO of Tomochain, previously co-founder and former project lead of NEM (New Economy Movement) blockchain. Tomochain is a public blockchain infrastructure providing an innovative solution to the scalability problem of the Ethereum blockchain.
HyunSick Choi – Founding partner of Block Crafters Capital, the biggest blockchain accelerating firm in Korea. Blockcrafters Capital is made up of experts in blockchain, startups, and traditional finance that invests exclusively in blockchain technologies.
Joshua Ho – Managing partner of QCP Capital. Joshua has built ecommerce businesses globally with Rocket Internet, launched ride-sharing ecosystems such as Uber and GO-JEK across the Asia Pacific and is a seed-stage tech investor in frontier markets and verticals.
