Lai Pham and Anh Doan previously ran Devtify, a software firm building tools for large banks. They noticed large enterprises became structurally inefficient as their workforce scaled. This observation led them to build Diaflow.
😟 Problem
According to McKinsey, knowledge workers spend around 60% of their time on routine tasks such as scheduling and data entry. The burden is particularly heavy for growing businesses with 10 to 200 employees.
Many of these companies cannot afford dedicated operations, marketing, and administrative teams. At the same time, Southeast Asia faces a severe shortage of skilled knowledge workers to meet its rapidly growing digital economy.
💡 Solution
Diaflow provides autonomous AI teammates that assume functional roles across marketing, sales, and operations. Businesses connect their existing databases and communication platforms to form a unified workforce layer.
The platform utilizes five core structural elements:
- Tasks allow teammates to execute one-off actions on demand.
- Routines run scheduled recurring workflows automatically.
- Flows trigger multi-step logic pipelines based on specific events.
- Tables give teammates structured memory and data to work from.
- Goals enable teammates to progress toward long-term business outcomes.

📊 Market size
Diaflow targets 50 million small and medium businesses across multiple regions. The company anticipates capturing 10,000 paying customers within three years.
This target adoption rate would generate US$48 million in annual recurring revenue. Expanding to 500 enterprise accounts would add another US$18 million annually.
