Tech in Asia published or caused to be published links to the Article on its Facebook page and Twitter feed (at https://www.facebook.com/techinasia and https://twitter.com/Techinasia respectively) and on Daniel Tay’s Facebook page and Twitter feed (at https://www.facebook.com/daniel.tay89 and https://twitter.com/@legendt respectively).
(b) Tech in Asia, Daniel Tay, and Terence Lee recognise that statements made in the Article are understood to mean that Wong & Leow LLC has a disreputable or dishonourable reputation. Tech in Asia and Daniel Tay admits and acknowledges that this allegation is false and without foundation.
(c) Tech in Asia, Daniel Tay, and Terence Lee unreservedly apologise to Wong & Leow LLC for the distress and embarrassment caused by this allegation.
(d) Tech in Asia, Daniel Tay, and Terence Lee undertake not to make any further allegations to the same or similar effect.
