Australian HR startup secures $100m funding at $1.5b valuation
Culture Amp, an Australia-based employee analytics platform, announced that it has raised US$100 million in its latest round.

- Existing investors: Felicis Ventures, Blackbird Ventures, Index Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Skip Capital, Grok Ventures, and Global Founders Capital

- The round pushes Culture Amp’s valuation to over US$1.5 billion, more than doubling after its previous round of funding in 2019.
- The company will use the fresh funds to invest in workforce analytics and its technology platform.
- Currently, Culture Amp has over 4,000 clients – including prominent companies such as Salesforce, Unilever, and PricewaterhouseCoopers – that employ over 25 million people in total.
