We featured Frenzapp few months ago, and now mobile apps company Bitsmedia is diversifying into music discovery with Frenzapp Music (iTunes). Frenzapp Music is a social music player which lets users share their favorite music with their friends, listen to songs they like and discover the best music together. Integrated its platform with iTunes, users can listen to a 30-second excerpt of any song for free before deciding if they want to share it or even buy it.
Erwan Macé, founder and apps developer of Bitsmedia said Frenzapp Music enhances the social networking experience via music. It is fully integrated with Facebook and Twitter, so users can share their favourite tunes with their existing social graph. He believes that sharing music is even more emotional than sharing apps and are truly excited about this new addition to the Frenzapp family. In addition, he said “Sharing, or simply telling your friends that you like a song, is a very natural thing to do in real life, whether it’s the latest track released by a mainstream artist, a niche song from an underground band, or classic hits that bring back memories.”
Users can share and access their own and friends music library, or even can check the iTunes top list songs and popular nearby songs
