Barely two years after starting up, custom gaming notebook builder Aftershock PC hasn’t just claimed the podiums at nearly every hardware awards contest in Singapore. It has also started retailing its laptops in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
Vietnamese gamers interested in a fully-customizable gaming laptop can now place orders at the Aftershock PC website and get their machines delivered to their doorsteps. All existing models as well as two newly-announced second-gen models are available for purchase.
The second-gen Aftershock X15S and Aftershock Titan-V2 are improvements upon their predecessors, with the X15S boasting the Nvidia Geforce GTX 880M, the world’s most powerful mobile gaming graphics card and the Titan-V2 sporting Intel fourth generation i5/i7 processors. Both laptop base models also now come with Onkyo 2.1 speakers and a subwoofer.

Aftershock laptops can also have their casings customized by laptop painter Modbot, who uses car paint and vinyl stickers to recreate finishes originally seen on luxury cars. Modbot has also started doing pictures and patterns, like this Dota 2 backing done specially for iceiceice.
While there isn’t an Aftershock retail storefront in Ho Chi Minh city, there is a service centre, so customers can enjoy the same level of service they would receive if they were in Singapore. However as the service centre is located only in Ho Chi Minh, it’s likely that delivery will only be to addresses in the city. We’ll be updating this article when we receive more information.
