Food Delivery Gets Healthy With Green Smoothies From LINS Smoodees

Fresh VegetablesWe all know that we should eat better, but in our hectic lives it is just too difficult to find something that isn’t full of preservatives, sugars and artificial flavours. Is it any wonder that we fall sick all the time? Or that we don’t look or feel our best?

A new entrant to the local food delivery scene might just be the trick. LINS Smoodees are like the milkmen of yore–except they will deliver freshly bledned green smoothies. No expensive equipment to buy, no fussing about in the kitchen, just delicious, good-for-you convenience.

What are Green Smoothies?

Unlike the smoothies that we buy at juice bars, green smoothies do not contain dairy products (ice cream, milk or yogurt) at all. These are simply made with fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs and filtered water, so they are vegan-friendly. Fans of green smoothies rave about how their health has improved since drinking green smoothies regularly–benefits range from weight loss and glowing skin to improved body detoxification (do we have to spell it out for you?) and even heightened mental clarity. These you don’t get from the Caeser salad at lunch!

Green smoothies are best consumed first thing in the morning and always before a meal if taking as a supplement. Of course, there’s no stopping you from drinking it at anytime of the day!” says Adeline Tan, co-founder of LINS Smoodees. She shared that there are green smoothie enthusiasts who replace breakfast with a bottle of her green smoothie, but this will be up to the individual. As an example, her smoothie-guru, Linda Loo, can drink up to 5 litres of green smoothies a day.

Green Goodness at Your Doorstep

To cater to various needs and tastebuds, LINS Smoodees offers three packages of various intensities (50g-150g of greens per bottle). To become a Smoodear (Smoodee-drinker) is simple: just pick the preferred intensity, choose the number of days you’d like the smoothies delivered (minimum of 10 workdays), decide on the quantity and voila! Free delivery is currently available for addresses in the east and central regions, but would-be Smoodears outside these areas can consolidate their orders to defray delivery costs.

Kiwi

LINS Smoodees’ name is a reflection of the goodness of green smoothies. According to Adeline, the name is an acronym based on her Chinese name, and means Lovingly Infused with Nature’s Sweetness, reflecting her commitment to using only the freshest ingredients to make her smoothies. But what about Smoodees?–that is a combination of Smoothie and Dee, which means good in Thai.

What better way to start your day than with a glass of nature’s goodness, and a a sincere wish from Adeline for your good health?

A New Player in Singapore’s Food Delivery Scene

Adeline shared that the inspiration for starting up LINS Smoodees because she wanted to share the benefits of green smoothies, “I’m loving it so much that I cannot help but feel compelled to share this with all who want to be healed!

She and her family have been enjoying the benefits of green smoothies for over a year now,”In spite of a congenital heart condition which results in me having a low oxygen level in my blood and making me susceptible to infections, my health has since been in top form without having fallen ill for even a day!”
