Watch the Wakfu animated series at the region’s first Wakfu Asia gathering
Ankama Asia will be holding the region’s first Wakfu Asia meetup two Saturdays from now on March 8, 2014, at Orchard Cineleisure in Singapore.
The meetup, which will see Ankama staff introducing themselves as well as the game, will also be a chance for players to mingle, discuss the game, and offer feedback to the team. Ankama Asia is also responsible for localization, so it’s a good time to give them your thoughts on how Wakfu Asia has been so far.
Better than all that usual stuff, however, is the screening of the first two episodes of Wakfu: The Animated Series. The series, originally produced in French, recently smashed its Kickstarter goal for an English dub, so it’s possible that the Singapore screening will be one of the first in the world to show off the localized episodes.
The Wakfu Asia meetup will run from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on that Saturday at e2max on L9 of Orchard Cineleisure in Orchard Road. You can check out the Facebook event page or simply sign up here.
We’ll see you there!
