Xpeng unveils extended-range system amid hybrid shift
Xpeng unveils the Kunpeng Super Electric System, offering a range of over 1,400 km, including 430 km in fully electric mode.
This launch highlights Xpeng’s shift toward hybrid models alongside its electric vehicles.
Xpeng CEO He Xiaopeng said the Kunpeng system is designed to overcome overseas charging challenges.
This innovation supports Xpeng’s global expansion plans, targeting about 60 countries by 2025.
The firm aims to open more than 300 sales and service centers internationally by the end of 2025.
