Micron’s AI chips fuel $8.8b Q3 forecast on record demand
Micron Technology has projected strong revenue for the third quarter, driven by rising demand for its high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips.
These chips are commonly used in AI systems.
Micron anticipates revenue of US$8.80 billion, with a margin of plus or minus US$200 million.
This forecast is higher than analysts’ projection of US$8.5 billion, according to data from LSEG.
