Foxconn’s Shunsin invests $80m in Vietnam
Shunsin, a subsidiary of Foxconn, plans to invest US$80 million to produce integrated circuits in northern Vietnam.
The plans were disclosed in a document from Vietnam’s environment ministry.
The facility is set to be built in Bac Giang province. It will focus on manufacturing electronic components, especially integrated circuit boards.
Shunsin aims to reach full operational capacity by December 2026, with an annual output target of 4.5 million units.
