Foxconn to unveil giant Nvidia chip plant in Mexico

Foxconn will establish its largest production facility for Nvidia’s GB200 superchips in Mexico, crucial to Nvidia’s next-generation Blackwell computing platform.

Foxconn executives announced this plan Tuesday during their annual tech day in Taipei.

This follows Nvidia’s August announcement of shipping Blackwell samples to partners.

Foxconn, which has a manufacturing presence in Mexico, has invested over US$500 million in Chihuahua.
