Foxconn expects AI server revenue to surpass iPhone sales

Foxconn, the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer and a key supplier for Apple, anticipates its server revenue will exceed its iPhone revenue within two years.

Chairman Young Liu suggested that this shift could happen as early as this year. He attributed it to strong demand for AI servers.

Foxconn produces Nvidia’s latest AI servers, including the GB200 and GB300 models.

Liu projected that Foxconn’s AI server revenue could reach T$1 trillion (US$30.29 billion) in 2025.

This would account for over half of the company’s total server revenue.

He also noted that revenue from cloud and networking products is expected to be comparable to that of smart consumer electronics, such as iPhones, within the same timeframe.
