eSports organization Azubu’s League of Legends teams the Taipei Snipers and the Taipei Assassins are facing off this Saturday in Singapore in the Grand Finals of the Garena Premier League (GPL) 2014 Winter Season.
At stake is not just $80,000. There are also 400 Circuit Points that will go towards the winner’s league standings, and a spot at the League of Legends World Championship.
Sister teams or no, you can be sure both the Snipers and Assassins will be fighting hard for the coveted first place. Their epic battle will be taking place in the Garena Stadium, with the opening ceremony kicking off at approximately 4:00pm on Saturday, January 11, 2014.
