Corporate Legal & Compliance Division Head

 Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law; Master’s degree (S2) is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Legal & Compliance at a managerial level.
- Experience in corporate law, contracts, regulatory affairs, or financial institutions is preferred, particularly in multi-finance or Japanese companies.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
- Established relationships with regulators, including OJK, and experience representing the company in regulatory matters.
- Experienced in regulatory change management, compliance assessment, and regulatory reporting in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Skilled in drafting legal opinions and formal responses to regulatory inquiries and notices.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to fully WFO Jakarta Selatan
