Microsoft’s Bing has been blocked in China, the company said on Wednesday.
It was the only major foreign search engine accessible from within China’s so-called Great Firewall after Microsoft self-censored Bing’s search results in the nation.
“We’ve confirmed that Bing is currently inaccessible in China and are engaged to determine next steps,” the US-based firm said in a statement.
China blocked Google Search mid-2014.
