We’ve got a new writer onboard this week! Say hello to David Lee, who is based in South Korea. The guy behind our Sh*t Koreans Say in League of Legends series, is it any surprise to see what game he’s playing this week? We’ve also tried our hands at some truly mindblowing triple-A games: Infamous: Second Son and Dark Souls II, and cosied up to indie devs with Motte Island, Cytus, and Don’t step the white tile.
What are some of the games you’ve been playing?

League of Legends (PC)
by Riot Games
God, I love this game. I’ve been addicted to it for the longest time. I mean, I’ve “quit” and taken “breaks” in the past, but every single time, I’ve gone back to League of Legends. It provides the competition that I enjoy, the satisfaction I want, and the frustration I (for some reason) crave. It’s really a love-hate relationship.
Recently, having been frustrated from the losses (even though I do have fun regardless) I took a bit of a break from League of Legends. I still kept up with the LoL scene by browsing /r/leagueoflegends and watching twitch streams. I ended up stumbling upon the IEM (Intel Extreme Masters) tournament which had international competition between different regions/pros. And although the tournament had a few issues, I was still inspired by the quality matches they provided.
I ended up trying something new: a new role that I rarely ever play. I ended up doing pretty well with it. Now, I’m back on League of Legends. I’m pretty sure I’ll be playing other games throughout the next few years, but I know for sure that I’ll always come back to my one true love.
