
This Mix-It-Up will center around Windows Mobile 6.5 development, what’s new and how they would be supported in the Windows Mobile ecosystem. Particular emphasis will be on the new gestures API and widgets development. There will also be a number of demos of applications that have been built to showcase the different aspects of the Windows Mobile platform.
MS Press books will also be offered at a discount at the event.

About The Speaker, Chris Chin, Developer Marketing Director, Microsoft Singapore
Chris Chin has more than 17 years of working experience in the IT and software development field. He started his career as a project manager with IDA and subsequently worked as a consulting manager and a marketing manager with Hewlett Packard. He then spent 1.5 years as the Director of Knowledge Management Practice with Lotus Development/IBM before setting up his own company SurfGold Pte Ltd which specialized in data mining and warehousing technologies. He joined Microsoft in late 2004 as a Customer Advocate for the Database workload and is now the Developer Marketing Director in Mobile Communications Business.
