Physical collectibles maker Mighty Jaxx launches NFT collection
Physical collectibles manufacturer and designer Mighty Jaxx has launched another NFT collection – Inked Stories: Medusa. It will team up with checkout solutions provider Paper to offer buyers the option to pay via credit card.
Adding credit cards as a payment option makes buying NFTs more convenient, given that most platforms require individuals to use crypto wallets to purchase these digital assets.

Singapore-based Mighty Jaxx collaborated with artist Jon-Paul Kaiser to create 888 NFTs and figurines depicting the Greek mythological icon. While the NFTs were released today, the figurines won’t be available for purchase until mid-October.
This marks the second Inked Stories phygital project between Kaiser Mighty Jaxx. In July 2021, the firm released figurines of the biblical Eve.
Founded in 2012 by Jackson Aw, Mighty Jaxx creates limited-edition collectibles in partnership with iconic companies. The design studio, whose customer base covers 80 countries, has worked with Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, and Netflix, among others.
Meanwhile, San Francisco-based Paper was established in 2021 by Edward and James Sun. Aiming to make NFT purchases more accessible, the firm allows users to create wallets through their emails. In June, Paper raised US$9.3 million in funding.
The Mighty Jaxx-Paper tie-up comes amid estimates that the global NFT market will hit US$97.6 billion by 2028 at a compound annual growth rate of 31.6%.
