Fullerton Fund Management Company, a Singapore-based investment specialist, will list its private equity fund of funds digitally through the private market exchange platform ADDX.
This move will allow tokenized access to the Fullerton Optimised Alpha Fund – which targets 8% to 12% in returns each year over a seven-year fund life – through the Singapore Exchange-backed platform.

Tokenization digitalizes an asset through blockchain and smart contracts. Investors on ADDX can get into the Fullerton fund by putting in a minimum of US$10,000 – lower than the US$250,000 required in traditional channels.
“By bringing down the barrier to entry, ADDX is contributing to a fair and level playing field for individual investors,” says ADDX CEO Oi-Yee Choo.
The fund will be invested in six to eight private equity and private credit funds. The Temasek subsidiary chooses blue-chip managers with consistent investment strategies and performance across market cycles.
The Fullerton Optimised Alpha Fund will be focused on the defensive, tech-enabled, new economy, post-Covid recovery, and environmental, social, and governance-aligned sectors.
