Ideally, your relationship with your savings bank of choice would comprise mostly of withdrawals, deposits, fund transfers and bill payments, all of which can be done at ATMs, if not online. Sometimes, however, you may require more support than a machine can dispense.
POSB, one of Singapore’s largest banks, has started rolling out Video Teller Machines. These machines, which allow you to interact with a bank teller via video chat, will allow for an expanded range of operations, including immediate replacements of digital tokens and debit cards.
