As longtime readers know, we like to check in on the top PC games in Korea every so often, using data that comes from Gametrics, which measures what people are playing in the country’s internet cafes. This month there are a few changes, but the top three games are just as dominant as ever. Here’s the latest data from the past week:
If you’re wondering why League of Legends is up nearly 10% since we checked in last month, it’s probably mostly related to the ongoing Season 4 World Championships, which are taking place right now and which will conclude next month in Korea. The Korean teams are heavy favorites, and the jump in League of Legends games is probably the result of all the hype surrounding Worlds.
