The post-TI4 Chinese Dota 2 shuffle: here are the rosters for iG, VG, Newbee, and LGD—DK looking for new players

Looks like there was some truth to the leaked rosters after all! Major Chinese Dota 2 teams have now broken their silence with official roster announcements, and lots of those leaks appear to have been correct.

LGD’s Xiaotuji replaces xiao8 in Newbee

Wang “xiaotuji” Zhang has officially left LGD to complete The International 2014 (TI4) champion Team Newbee’s roster a month after Zhang “xiao8” Ning’s retirement. Here’s their official weibo post:

After talking things through with our good friends at LGD e-sports club, LGD’s Dota 2 division player Wang Zhang (handle: xiaotuji) will officially move to Newbee’s Dota 2 team for a transfer fee of 800,000 RMB (approximately $130,000). Having finally reached a satisfactory agreement, this transfer will be conducted via the D.ACE player transfer system, in accordance with the wishes of both parties, and the individual player in question.
