Slaying Roshan has been an integral part of playing Dota 2 and if you’ve played the game long enough, you’ve probably come across at least one if not all of the following players in the pit.
1. The guy who always says “Mine”
This is the guy who treats the Aegis of the Immortal like Gollum treats The One Ring in Lord of the Rings. He always makes an attempt to claim the Aegis or just picks it up randomly. It doesn’t matter if he’s a support Rubick or if there’s a Gyrocopter going for Divine Rapier on the team. The Aegis is his. End of discussion.
2. The guy who doesn’t want the Aegis
The Aegis is supposed to be a source of confidence because you know you can get in there, dish or tank as much damage as you can because you know you have two lives (three if you’re Wraith King with ultimate). Unfortunately, it doesn’t work this way for this guy. This guy with Aegis allergy is usually a novice who isn’t that confident in his carry skills and is worried that he might just die and waste the Aegis for no good reason. It doesn’t matter how he is doing so well that he is basically ‘unkillable’ or how bad the other team is. If someone should take the Aegis, he believes it shouldn’t be him.

3. The guy who steals the enemy’s Aegis
Loving or hating this guy usually depends if he’s on your team or not. Stealing the Aegis is not humdrum and is rarely chalked up to luck. Many strive to be this guy, but often become the next guy in the list instead.
4. The guy who goes in and dies
This is guy is from the team who is trying to contest for the Aegis. This is the guy that jumps in uncalculated or left by teammates and dies in vain.

5. The paranoid guy
