Eligibility
– Age – 15 to 30
– Team Size – 1 to 6
– Singaporean, Permanent Residents or Foreigners with Residence in Singapore (conditional)
– Team Composition – For teams comprising of 3 individuals and above, Foreigners with Residence in Singapore can join teams provided that the total number of Foreigners do not make up more than one-third of team
