1. Qutee | China (Startup Profile)

Qutee is an iOS dating app that links users to real-life places to meet up. For example, if you receive a match and choose to go to a specific bar listed in Qutee, the bar may have special deals for Qutee users like a free drink.


2. Golfdigg | Thailand

Golfdigg is an app that offers last-minute golf deals in Thailand. It is also a win for golf course operators because it allows them to get rid of unsold time slots by offering them as last-minute deals.


3. Taembe | Vietnam (Startup Profile)

Vietnamese online retailer and marketplace Taembe started out selling diapers and other baby products directly to customers and recently expanded its offering to include detergents and other home consumables.


4. Hermo | Malayisa

Cosmetics and skincare marketplace Hermo sells premium and affordable beauty products for women. It features international brands, mainly Asian, and partners directly with brand owners and distributors.


5. WeissBeerger | Israel (Startup Profile)

Tel Aviv-based WeissBeerger works with breweries and bars to provide real-time information and analytics that help with data driven decisions. So, if beer inventories are running low, WeissBeerger will step in.


6. SoftPay Mobile | Singapore (Startup Profile)

Registered in Singapore but is currently operating in Vietnam, SoftPay Mobile provides a MPOS reader that allows businesses to accept and process credit and debit card payments, much like US startup Square. It also provides software tools for merchants. In Vietnam, the startup works with companies such as taxi company Mai Linh Taxi, and various smaller businesses.
