Founded by Cherilyn Tan in 2018, Tessaract’s platform helps companies track and manage various workflows, such as project tasks, sales leads, customer relationships, and accounting. The company also offers TessaCloud, a document management system that provides optical character recognition and digital signature capabilities.
It has established partnerships with some Singapore government agencies, such as the Singapore Academy of Law (LawNet), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, and Infocomm Media Development Authority.
Tessaract plans to use the fresh funds to expand to new markets and develop its suit of products to support more types of customers. It currently has 35 employees and has just appointed Colin Lee – who previously held executive positions in technology-related businesses – as its new chief operating officer.
