Adobe Shares Creative Suite 5.5 Tips in Philippines, Malaysia and Sinagapore
We’re no designers but the folks at Adobe certainly are. The Adobe team is going around Philippines (11 May, yup it’s over), Malaysia (19 May) and Singapore (27 May) to share with Southeast Asians how to use Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 to:
- Design and develop rich browser based content for desktops or devices with the leading HTML5 authoring tools.
- Develop rich interactive applications for Android, Blackberry, and iOS with Adobe AIR, Flash Professional and Flash Builder.
- Create highly engaging magazines, corporate collateral, and advertisement including digital output and delivery through integration with the Adobe Digital Publishing Suite.
The highlight, in my opinion, would be the talk on HTML5 and CSS3, both of which are the foundation for the next wave of web technologies. The talk will share on how developers can create and deliver standards-based websites across a multiple devices using HTML5, CSS3 and the JQuery mobile framework with Adobe CS5.5 Web Premium.

Full house in Manila, Philippines
Adobe is actively sharing with people how to use its products to build interactive content, not only in the U.S, but also in Asia.
The upcoming Adobe CS5.5 event at Malaysia on 19 May is expected to be fully packed with designers and interactive content enthusiasts. Hussin Khan, an Adobe fan said on Facebook, “[The] Adobe After Effects Malaysia Usergroup members will be attending the KL Roadshow on 19th May…it’s going to be fun!”
Adobe CS5.5 was also featured on Malaysia’s NTV7 show “Bella” about a week ago to showcase how publishers, designers or developers can leverage on Adobe CS 5.5 to create rich, engaging content suitable for multiple platforms to reach out to wider audience.
