It looks like Gushcloud, a social media marketing firm from Singapore that came under lots of fire lately from popular blogger Xiaxue, has been working on an exit plan after all. It got acquired by Korean company Yello Mobile. What do you guys think of this?
Under the deal, Gushcloud Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Vincent Ha and its co-founder Althea Lim will retain minority shareholding and take on “strategic roles within YDM, in particular, spearheading its Southeast Asian expansion plans for content/influencer marketing,” said Gushcloud.
