I’ve been on a search for a technical lead for my project in Singapore and I submitted a job posting on startupjobs.asia but results are disappointing so far. I mean, I’ve stated clearly what are the requirements and conditions already but almost 85% of the applicants doesn’t meet the requirements.
Engineering talents are a challenge to find.
