Where’s a better place to build my start-up? Singapore or Dublin?

I’m a 20 year old Indian national looking forward to start a tech-start-up.Can anyone here be able to clear my dilemma about whether to start my company between Singapore or Ireland? I have two ideas and am still validating which one to go forward with. One is a radically different kind of Instant Messenger other is a Fin-Tech.

I will be very happy if someone could be give me both pro’s and con’s of both the places. Personally, I have lived in Singapore but I couldn’t quite make it how it would be like to start a company there though.
