Dave Morin wrote on Medium that Path will be acquired by Kakao. I wonder what strategies are there behind this acquisition since it’s quite a known fact that Path is on a downhill. Perhaps it’s just pure user acquisition. I really can’t see how Path and Kakaotalk can integrate. Thoughts?
