I’m Crystal Widjaja, SVP of business intelligence and growth at Go-Jek. AMA!

Hello TIA community!

My name is Crystal Widjaja, and I am currently the senior vice president of business intelligence and growth at Go-Jek. I head the business intelligence, growth, and performance marketing teams to ensure we leverage data to make strategic decisions and run disruptive experiments.

Go-Jek is an on-demand service provider with various services such as transportation, logistics, payment, food delivery, and more. It connects people with hundreds of thousands of merchants, motorcycle drivers, beauticians, and other on-demand service providers.

In July 2015, while living in the United States, I googled “Go-Jek HR” to find out if there were any vacancies in business intelligence. One week later, I moved to Jakarta to join the company and embark on the wildest learning curve of my life!
