Take part in Singapore’s unofficial Pokemon XY league challenge this weekend
Pokemon fever is still high in the city-state of Singapore, with this weekend’s EOY Cosplay Festival featuring a mini, unofficial Pokemon X & Y league challenge.
EOY – an annual End of Year cosplay event – will be taking place on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at the Marina Barrage in Singapore. A big part of the festival is its collection of doujin group stores selling fan-made, anime-related merchandise.
That is also where the mini Pokemon league challenge will take place. Players have to report to the Daiyuku booth (booth 37) to claim their trainer cards, which will act as proof of their participation in the league. Once armed with the cards, they are free to challenge the gyms (also booths) in the same area to earn prizes contributed by participating stores.
The rules and prizes are as noted below, and you can check for updates on the challenge here.
The EOY Cosplay Festival is a free-to-enter event and will run on Sunday, December 15, 2013, only.
UPDATE 13-12-13: We’ve added in the rule set and prize list for the league.
