BeMyGuest extends revenue run, lines up for EBITDA profit in FY26

When the Disney Adventure cruise ship drops anchor in Singapore in March 2026, BeMyGuest will be waiting on the dock, metaphorically speaking.

As one of the distributors for Disneyโ€™s cruise line, the Singapore-based travel tech firm accrues tickets from events and tourist attractions and makes them available for online travel agencies (OTAs) to sell.

Disney isnโ€™t the only high-profile attractions and tour operator BeMyGuest works with. The company also collaborates with Disneyland Paris and Universal Studios Singapore, connecting them to OTAs like Trip.com, Traveloka, and Google Things To Do.

Tour operators can also manage their sales across online and over-the-counter channels through BeMyGuestโ€™s SaaS booking system Xplore.

The firmโ€™s revenue grew 28% year on year to S$79.6 million (US$61.3 million) in its financial year ended February 2025 (FY 2025), its latest audited financial statements show. This follows a doubling of the companyโ€™s revenue to almost US$48 million between FY 2023 and FY 2024.

While BeMyGuest recorded a loss before tax of US$710,000 in FY 2025, this figure narrowed by roughly 20% year on year.

Tech in Asia reached out to the firm for this story, but it declined to comment.

A person close to BeMyGuest tells Tech in Asia that the company has achieved EBITDA profitability since September 2024, a result of investment into its tech stack and AI-powered automation.

BeMyGuest is expected to deliver full-year EBITDA profitability in FY 2026, as economies of scale and automation are โ€œmeaningfully improving efficiencyโ€ for the company, the source adds.

The volume game

Founded in 2012, BeMyGuest competes with firms like GlobalTix, which helps tourist destinations and hotels sell tickets to small and mid-sized travel agencies in Southeast Asia. GlobalTix booked a profit in the 12 months ending March 2024.

BeMyGuestโ€™s business model is largely reliant on transaction volume. In FY 2025, ticket sales accounted for about 99% of the companyโ€™s total revenue, which included sales from both its distribution and SaaS business lines.

Last year, BeMyGuest was a key distribution partner for major events, including the unveiling of actress and singer Lea Salongaโ€™s wax figure at Madame Tussauds Singapore and Universal Cool Japan 2024, a major seasonal event at Universal Studios Japan.
