Problem
The traditional method of managing investment structures requires significant time and financial resources.
Law firms, corporate services, and deal closures can cumulatively take over 80 hours and cost upwards of US$25,000, often extending the process over six weeks.
Solution
Auptimate provides a digital platform designed to simplify the investment process. It enables automated, paperless transactions intended to be quicker and more economical than traditional methods.
Notable features include digital KYC, streamlined deal creation and investor invitation, investment confirmations, and electronic closings. It also helps customers form special purpose vehicles for as low as US$2,000.
Market size
Auptimate targets a market with the total addressable market (TAM) for syndicates, SPVs, and fund administration in Asia growing at 8% annually.
This presents an opportunity within the US$12 billion TAM, US$1 billion serviceable addressable market (SAM), and US$50 million serviceable obtainable market (SOM).
