Square Enix' Seiken Densetsu is coming to mobile this year, teaser site now live
The latest installment of Square Enix‘s Seiken Densetsu series —Seiken Densetsu Rise of Mana — is coming to Android and iOS devices later this year. Yesterday, the game’s teaser site went live sharing a few screenshots and the following trailer video:
Judging by the trailer and images, the game looks like it will use the same battle system as the previous Seiken Densetsu titles. Players who have previously experienced the other Seiken Densetsu series will recognize the crab boss. Here are a few in-game screenshots also as shared by the teaser site:
Although Square Enix has not made an official announcement, a post on 2P.com shares that the game may, be free-to-play, but it could include in-app purchases. Players may also pre-register on the teaser site to receive a Start Dash Set when the game is released as well as get a chance to win a Logitech G550.
The teaser site also announced that the Seiken Densetsu Rise of Mana’s soundtrack will release on April 23, 2014. The CD will include 28 tracks from the game and will be sold at the Square Enix store for roughly $27. You can listen to a sampling here.
