Southeast Asia, calm down! Ubisoft is fixing your lack of Watch Dogs on the PC

Are you in Southeast Asia and pissed off over your lack of Watch Dogs on the PC platform?

Gameaxis earlier reported a delay in the PC version of Watch Dogs for Southeast Asia, but it looks like fears of a June 27 release for that particular platform are unfounded.

Kelly Wong, speaking for Ubisoft, said that the company has identified an authentication issue affecting online services, leading to some PC players being unable to activate the game.

“We are actively working on solutions and have begun to see improvements,” she wrote, assuring that Ubisoft will provide gamers with more information as soon as it can.

It does sound like a fix is going to happen earlier than June 27, so keep your fingers crossed!
