Indonesian customer retention startup secures funding in MDI Ventures-led round
Tada, a customer retention platform provider based in Indonesia, has raised an undisclosed amount in its latest round of funding.

- Lead investor: MDI Ventures, the corporate venture arm of state-owned Telkom Indonesia
- New investor: TMI, the venture capital unit of Indonesian network provider Telkomsel
- Returning investors: Finch Capital, Sovereign’s Capital
- Stage: Series B1

- Tada will use the new capital to offer more products on top of its reward-as-a-service solution in Indonesia and to “aggressively” expanding into other markets in Southeast Asia.
- It also plans to hire more people for its engineering, enterprise, and SME sales teams.
- The company says it has developed a loyalty solution to help it entrate new markets in the region.
- Previously known as Gift Card Indonesia, Tada offers an end-to-end platform with features such as digital membership, subscription, referral, and rewards.
