Started in 2011, Anchanto helps brands, retailers, and logistics providers manage end-to-end ecommerce operations. It offers an order management system for managing operations across marketplaces, counts clients such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and Tokopedia.
The company has launched a suite of SaaS offerings for retailers and logistics companies, which include Anchanto Digital Shelf, Anchanto Operations Experience, Anchanto Control Tower, and Anchanto Parcel Tracking.
Digital Shelf helps clients capture the performance metrics of businesses and their competitors, while Operations Experience aids in reducing white-labelling costs, speeding up B2B onboarding and digitalization.
On the logistics side, the Control Tower and Parcel Tracking offerings help companies work with multiple carriers more easily and provide buyers with real-time tracking data, respectively.
