Business clinic on Corporate Governance for startups

The National University of Singapore Business School MBA Entrepreneurship Club and Garag3 are holding a business clinic on 28th March on startup corporate governance. The speaker is Ms. Sara Liew. Sara is a Director and heads the Corporate Department of Central Chambers. Her expertise is in the area of corporate practice including private equity investments, divestment of companies, venture capital work, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, corporate re-structuring and general corporate agreements. She was also company secretary to EDBI and its several subsidiaries.
