Founded in 2017, McEasy’s products include real-time vehicle tracking software, a transportation management system, and a fleet management app. The startup said it provides its solutions to more than 200 major companies, helping it grow over 12x in the past 18 months.
McEasy co-founder Raymond Sutjiono said SaaS tech can increase logistics efficiency and save the business up to 30% on operational costs. The company also noted that more than 85% of supply chain businesses still rely on pen and paper for their operations.
The firm will use the fresh funds to enhance its tech capabilities, develop its product-market fit, and strengthen its presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Hendrik Ekowaluyo, who co-founded the company alongside Sutjiono, said McEasy will be focused on providing SMEs with technological assistance, as it is a high-potential sector with approximately 900,000 players and more than five million units of commercial freight cars.
